problem related to job?

hi frdz im a business mgt graduate and doing MBA through correspondence i have an experience as customer executive (1 1/2 yrs) but from last 8 months im not working coz of my mom illness now i want to work again and tomorrow is my interview in HSBC bank but im doing mba (human resource) so the interviewer always asks me u r doing MBA the y u want to work as customer executive executive,n how can it help in HR , I have no answer 4 this question so plz help me with some gud answer,im going 4 CE post coz i have no other option plz if u have any suggestions then let me knw
