i am a newly appointed supervisor at a cell phone call center and i am required to write an essay about what i would do to change the company. i have some ideas but they are already taken the thing is my manager is expecting me to have some brilliant idea and then he can use it to make him slelf look good in front of his boss and if i cannot come up with some thing i will be demoted can some one please help asap i have to get the essay for tomorrow.
