Merchandising Specialist
Responsible for keeping the store front floor area stocked, fronted, and clean; stocking merchandise according to planograms or displays; completing sales preparation; and greeting customers on the sales floor. Requires good aptitude for dealing with number sequences, excellent customer service skills, and good organizational skills.
Above is the description for one of their postions that looks appealing to me. I only want Oreilly's employees (or previous employees) to answer this please. I want to know how much they start out at, what are the shifts ex: 9-5pm, are they closed holidays and is that above job that I described really what it is, or are you obligated to sell crap. The reason that I'm asking is because we have one opening up soon that is 5 min away from my house, and I need a new job.
