I'm an administrative assistant for a small physician office in a hospital. I have been working here for 9 months with a salary of 29K, I do ALL the office administration. Credentialing, profit & loss, filing, letters, I even do other chores like going to office max, costco, and even make personal deposits for the physicians buy chocolates for their wifes, flowers, I even change a pager system from my house at 6:00 a.m.
If I get a pay increase, how much should it be?
